Background Information
Sharp and Hatley Inc.
is a farm management, appraisal, consulting, farm loan and
real estate brokerage firm which was started on April 1,
1993. Our firm, which is located in Spokane, Washington,
provides professional farm management on behalf of banking
institutions, corporate farm owners and absentee private
owners. We presently manage approximately 140 farms consisting of
approximately 92,000 crop acres. Sharp & Hatley
Inc. has been ranked 9th largest in crop acres managed in
the United States by Crop Decisions Magazine, a
nationally recognized farm publication.
During the past few years our firm
has developed a custom farm management database related
directly to the management of farm properties in our
area. This has aided us in management of these
properties, as well as, in communication with our clients.
