FOR

ALLEN HATLEY

Allen Hatley was raised on a wheat-pea farm in Whitman County. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture from Washington State University in l972. He also received his Master's Degree from WSU in l973, specializing in Farm Management. After Allen received his Master's Degree, he worked in the Seafirst Trust Department as their Farm Manager under the supervision of John Sharp. Since l981, Allen has been self-employed providing farm management, appraisals of agriculture properties, and agricultural consulting services. He obtained the Accredited Farm Manager Designation (AFM) from the American Society of Farm Managers and Farm Appraisers in l979.

1973 Master of Arts - Washington State University, Agricultural Economics

1975 Completed Advanced Farm Management course offered by American Society of Farm Managers

1979 Received Accredited Farm Manager Designation (AFM) from American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers

1993 Completed the A-20 Intermediate Appraisal course offered by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers

1993 Completed the A-25 Eminent Domain Appraisal course offered by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers

1993 Completed the A-30 Advanced Appraisal course offered by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers

1994 Completed the A-18 Income Capitalization Appraisal course offered by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers

1980-1993 Formed and operated Allen Hatley & Associates for the purpose of providing Professional Farm Management, Appraisal & Consulting Services in Washington State

1974-1980 Seattle First National Bank Trust Department, Farm Manager for management of all farm properties held by the Trust Department

PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION AFFILIATIONS:

1997-Present  Board Member and Tournament Director for Washington Junior Golf Association

1974-Present  Member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and President of the Washington State Chapter
