| Allen Hatley was
raised on a wheat-pea farm in Whitman County. He received his
Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture from Washington State University in
l972. He also received his Master's Degree from WSU in l973,
specializing in Farm Management. After Allen received his Master's
Degree, he worked in the Seafirst Trust Department as their Farm
Manager under the supervision of John Sharp. Since l981, Allen has
been self-employed providing farm management, appraisals of
agriculture properties, and agricultural consulting services. He
obtained the Accredited Farm Manager Designation (AFM) from the
American Society of Farm Managers and Farm Appraisers in l979.
